1. Overview

FINACALEIN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Finacalein India Private Limited") operates as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) facilitating loan applications and insurance products through our partner banks and NBFCs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be applicable.

2. Processing Fees

Any processing fee or service charge collected at the time of application is strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the lending partner or insurance provider.

If your application is rejected by the lending partner before processing, the fee may be refunded within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

3. Loan Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your loan application before it is sanctioned by the lending partner. Once the loan is sanctioned and disbursed, cancellation must be handled directly with the lending partner as per their terms.

4. Insurance Policy Cancellation

Insurance policy cancellations are governed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) guidelines. You may cancel your policy within the free-look period as specified in the policy document.

Free-look cancellation: Full refund minus proportionate premium for the coverage period
Post free-look cancellation: As per the insurance provider's terms

5. Refund Timeline

Online payments: 7-10 business days from approval
NEFT/RTGS transfers: 5-7 business days from approval
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times
